According to the latest announcement from the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) regarding the delay in conversion of the KRX trading system during the holiday from April 27, 2024 to May 1, 2024, KBSV respectfully announce that we will not implement the system upgrade plan, details as follows:

The plan to stop online transaction services from 4:30 p.m. April 26, 2024 to 11:59 p.m. May 1, 2024 will not be implemented;

The plan to stop online deposit, withdrawal/money transfer services from 4:30 p.m. April 26, 2024 to 3:00 p.m. May 2, 2024 will not be implemented;

The plan to cancel valid conditional orders and temporarily suspend the conditional order feature (including both underlying and derivative trading systems) will not be implemented.
