KB Securities Vietnam Joint Stock Company (KBSV) would like to announce the updated version of the Charter of KBSV as follows:
According to the Decision of the BOD No.43/2023/QĐ-HĐQT dated 08/05/2023, KBSV BOD had approved updating the content of KBSV's Charter on the new registered Head Office in compliance with the Amendment Certificate No. 34/GPĐC-UBCK issued on 08/05/2023 by SSC.
The updating Charter comes into effect from May 08th 2023.
