Back & Trade for Institutional Clients Department.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
I. Key responsibilities

Analysing and searching for information related to macroeconomic, enterprises including listed companies as well as unlisted companies to provide for the clients on the daily basis
-
Opening trading accounts, changing information of trading account, making related documents for Institutional and foreign clients.

Supporting clients in completing the procedures for opening an IICA in a bank and the procedure for applying a trading code in VSD
-
Placing orders to sell or buy securities for Institutional and foreign clients
-
Carrying out and process orders on Bloomberg for Institutional and foreign clients
-
Implementing internal transaction or deposit securities transactions
-
Doing monthly reports and daily trade confirmation
-
Seeking and developing a network of institutional clients
-
Consulting, supporting and caring for clients using securities trading services
-
Managing and following up activities related to client’s transaction and securities account
-
Providing, updating financial information to clients
-
Doing jobs related to securities depository
-
Making the internal processes related to institutional and foreign clients.

Supporting other departments on procedures and transaction processes related to institutional and foreign clients.
II. Requirements
-
University degree or above, major in Finance, Banking, Accounting or Economics
-
Securities Brokerage Practicing Certificate by State Securities Commission
-
Minimum 2 years of experience working as a trader for Institutional Division or equivalent
-
Overall knowledge of regulations relating to Vietnam securities market with focus on derivatives products
-
Good communication in English
-
Ability to consolidate data and information to generate basic weekly reports
-
Attention to detail, willingness to go the extra mile, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility
-
Time management skill, multi-task skill, and the ability to perform under pressure
