From 16:00 to 24:00 on March 27, 2025, we will be upgrading the collection and payment system for BIDV to enhance the deposit and withdrawal experience for customers with securities accounts at KBSV.
To ensure accurate processing during the upgrade period, we kindly advise customers to limit deposits and withdrawals via BIDV’s banking gateway. Instead, customers may make deposits through MSB, Techcombank, VPBank, or Vietcombank or transfer funds to banks other than BIDV. After this period, the system will resume normal operations, and customers can proceed with deposit and withdrawal transactions via BIDV as usual.
