(Interest is not waived for the first day)

Notes:

The preferential margin interest rates apply to outstanding loans incurred from the MA sub-account approval date for up to 3 months thereafter.
After the preferential period, interest rates for outstanding loans (excluding roll-over loans) will follow the most recent periodic assessment rate. Subsequent periods will be subject to KBSV’s prevailing regulations.
Advance payment fees on MA and SA sub-accounts: subject to KBSV’s standard fees applicable from time to time.
Overdue interest rate: 150% of the applicable standard interest rate.
Roll-over interest rate: in accordance with KBSV’s prevailing regulations from time to time.
