KBSV’s Company Trip 2025 was held in Da Nang in October 2025 under the theme “Ride the Wave,” bringing together employees from both the North and South in a dynamic and energizing journey of connection.

With a team-based format spanning both pre-trip and on-site activities, KBSVers were randomly grouped into teams, fostering cross-functional interaction among departments and branches. Each activity required close collaboration, strong team spirit, and creativity—enhancing cohesion while encouraging fresh perspectives in how individuals work and engage with one another.
The program was designed to be engaging and high-energy, maintaining excitement throughout the journey. A vibrant atmosphere, healthy competition, and strong team alignment turned the trip into a memorable experience where every individual had the opportunity to contribute and shine.
The highlight of the program was the Gala Night, where emotions peaked through well-prepared, professional, and visually captivating performances. More than just a stage for talent, it was a powerful expression of the KBSV spirit—dynamic, creative, and always ready to push beyond limits.
