6. Call center (KB - Call)

To enhance customers’ information security and leverage the provided data of customers, KBSV has designed and invested to PABX recording system (Private Automatic Branch Exchange) named KB-Call for quickly and conveniently transactions and completely free.

If you want to use KB-Call, Please contact our Information Desk to register. You can refer to instructions below to use our services:

6.1 Stock purchase transaction

6.1.1 KB-Call Registration

Please fill out your personal information on Securities Trading Services Registration Form (KB-Call Trading part).

KB-Call password will have 4-5 numerical characters. Customers can choose a password when registering service and change later via KB-Trade or contact our Operating Department.

Customers’ information will automatically be activated in the system immediately after registering.

6.1.2 Place orders via KB-Call Guide

- Customers call to switchboard KB-Call: (84.24) 7303 5333;

- KB-Call staff will ask the customer for full name, ID number, trading account number, trading password. Transactions are executed after the Customer has provided complete and accurate information;

- For orders BUY / SELL, please provide order type BUY / SELL, Ticker, Number of securities and trading price to place. Tellers will check your cash balance (BUY order) or stock (SELL orders) and confirm the validity of the orders, then placing it into the system;

- For CANCEL orders and RESET orders (if any), in order to avoid wasting time and ensure the beneficiary of other clients, CANCEL and RESET orders (if any) will be noted without ensuring the successful implementation of the order until it has checked the initial order results. Due impartiality of continuous trading session, please note that if your orders have matched, the CANCEL or RESET orders will no longer be valid.

6.1.3 After placing order

- When you sign up to use the service KB-CALL, customers implicitly authorize KBSV confirmed on the order sheets by phone;

- All orders via telephone are recorded, stored and valuable as order sheets.

- After 03 days after ordering, if you don’t have any question or feedback, telephone order sheets will be automatically recorded

6.1.4 Trade confirmation

When your orders are matched, you will be notified the transaction result via text message to your registered phone number, or you can track trading results through our online trading system KB-Trade.

6.2 Service facility via call guide

6.2.1 Utility services classification

The utility services are done via telephone, including:

- Internal transfer;

- Transfer money to bank account;

- Cash advance

- Place order;

- Stock balance inquiry;

- Cash balances inquiry;

- Outstanding loans inquiry; and

- Other inquiries.

6.2.2 PBX service: (84-24) 7303 5333

6.2.3 Execute procedure

Step 1: The customer calls to the switchboard KB-Call: (84-24) 7303 5333

Step 2: After receiving customer's phone, Operation staff will ask the customer to provide the full name, ID number, transaction account number, transaction password to verify your account.

Step 3: Please notify to Operation Staff your registered utilities.

Step 4: Depending on utility service type, our staff will check the required relevant information.

Step 5: Transactions will be executed after customer has provided complete and accurate information as requested and have guaranteed balance (securities and cash balance).

Step 6: All transactions via telephone will be recorded and stored at KB Sercurities Viet Nam (KBSV).
